SHIPPING and RETURN POLICY

OUTBOARD MOTOR OIL and PARTS

Parts, and Oil (Gallons and cases) are normally shipped within 24 hours (1 working day but not more than 5 days) upon receipt of your order by TOHATSU-MARINE. The most economical, reliable shipper has been selected to deliver the product(s) to your designated destination with the cost of shipping paid by the buyer. Due to product availability and freight scheduling, bulk oil products will be shipped within 5-7 days by freight line trucks to a commercial address near you or to the freight terminal nearest to your city. You will be responsible to pick up your oil. Before buying, you may e-mail us to find out the location of that freight terminal.

Products are shipped from southwest Florida and should take only 1-2 days to be delivered anywhere in Florida and some southeastern states. It may take 4-6 days for delivery in parts of California. Please be patient, these quality products will get to you ASAP!

If the product(s) received by the customer are not those that were ordered, the products may be returned to TOHATSU-MARINE using a pre-paid shipping label that we will send from TOHATSU-MARINE. The customer needs to e-mail within 10 days from the date of order to arrange the return shipment. If the received products are what were ordered by the customer and now are not wanted, the customer can return the items to TOHATSU-MARINE within 10 days of the date of the order, in acceptable condition, at his expense and will receive refund of the product cost.
